KDS is currently seeking a Senior CRM Consultant with our client in the solutions provider industry in their New York, NY location. This is a permanent position.

  • Senior Consultant with deep technical CRM (Customer Relationship Management) business process and application design, and implementation experience
  • Applicant must have CRM experiences architecting solutions in one of the following: Sales Force Automation, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences
  • Gather and develop requirements for enterprise clients
  • Architect and design solutions for enterprise clients
  • Manage junior consultants, developers, and IT staff to configure, build, deploy and test the CRM implementation
  • Able to read JavaScript and write simple JavaScript
  • Experience writing SRS reports
  • Able to Read and write Java Script
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business (CxO) and/or technology decision maker discussions related to integration, business value, and business process is a must
  • Then goal of the Senior Consultant is to become a 'trusted advisor' to their customers
  • Pre-Sales experience is a must
  • The candidate may have involvement in assisting and leading a number of pre-sales activities; estimate creation/review, POC scoping and oversight and partnering with sales teams
  • The successful candidate will also demonstrate expertise in mentoring other consultants and in driving thought leadership within a consulting practice
  • Microsoft seeks candidates for this position that are highly resourceful, confident under pressure, and professionally resourceful to drive successful client solutions
  • The ideal candidate will have recent experience with implementation of and development on large Microsoft CRM and/or competitive Tier 1 CRM solutions
  • Broad industry experience and competitive application knowledge are a plus
  • The ideal candidate will understand and be able to articulate the/technical infrastructure of Microsoft CRM (or competitor products) as well as have a working knowledge of Microsoft products such as SQL Server 2005/2008, SharePoint, Office, Active Directory and application architecture
  • The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience combined with a minimum of 7 years relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture as well as business solutions deployment with an emphasis on CRM applications. Travel (60% +)
