Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead a team of Salesforce Consultants that provide custom technology solutions to nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates are highly experienced in leading the design, development and testing of custom applications.

Job Description
  • Provide technical leadership by inspiring the team to build new and exciting solutions
  • Proactively inform and lead team with new ideas, technology and methods
  • Work with a team of other Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects and Project Managers on larger projects
  • Design and configure solutions
  • Lead process automation discussions
  • Analyze integration requirements
  • Develop integration process definition and application design
  • Follow advanced architecture, solution, and platform-specific technical best practices
  • Provide hands-on Salesforce (and related technology) customization and configuration for customers following requirements and solution design
  • Document project deliverables and knowledge-transfer to the customer and to the project lead
  • Provide design & configuration reviews
  • Use knowledgeable about and related technology solutions to write and post articles
  • Coach and mentor consultants
  • Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a related field
  • Minimum six years of experience in the information technology
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Salesforce data model, portal types and their limitations, and security model
  • Experience with Salesforce-related technologies such as the Non-Profit Starter Pack, FormAssembly, Conga, Drawloop, and SKUID a plus
  • 3+ years experience in an information technology consulting position, delivering projects to multiple clients
  • 3+ years implementing, configuring, and administering
  • 1+ years experience leading teams using Iterative and Agile development methodologies
  • 1+ years experience working in geographically distributed teams
  • Extensive experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating technology tools into a client solution
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design, unit testing, version control, and software design principles
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and determined to produce high-quality, on-time work.
  • Passion for technology and enjoy researching the latest technology solutions
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-changing, demanding environment
  • Highly organized, responsible and detailed
  • Time efficient 
  • Excellent presentation, written/verbal communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
