Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in an engineering position out of which at least 3+ years on Salesforce.com
  • Acts as the liaison between internal users and stakeholders to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements
  • Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Define the business use cases and document the user acceptance test cases and test plan. Work closely along with the QA team
  • Experience with Service Cloud product of Salesforce. Minimum 1 end to end Service Cloud Implementation experience.
  • Desired experience with any other CRM Softwares like Siebel, Oracle RightNow etc
  • Critical for success is working with internal teams and other applications to integrate them with the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Work closely with other business analysts and the IT team to ensure that enhancements and configurations are implemented in a timely manner and achieve quality standards.
  • Ensures adherence to a formal business systems methodology and works with constituents to resolve and/or escalate problems
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with users and stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the needed artifacts (i.e., functional requirements, business requirements document, use cases, GUI and screen and Interface designs)
  • Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
  • Interface with staff developing strategy as technical advisor for new functionality from Salesforce.com app exchange applications, releases, and upgrades
  • Be hands on by creating and maintaining workflows, approval processes, validation rules, security profiles based on internal Stakeholder requirements
  • Knowledge of APEX and Visual Force is a plus for hands on implementation and trouble shooting
  • Create training materials and documentation for Salesforce.com users and train new end users on Salesforce.com and related applications
  • Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed additional training sessions, communication and system modifications
