Position Summary
This position is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, supporting and maintaining Client's IBM Infosphere MDM Environments. It has responsibility for translating and shaping the IBM Infosphere MDM team's requirements into actionable IT specifications. This position will also be responsible to interface with the Server, Storage, Database, Application and Architecture teams to ensure that the MDM environments meet the needs of the business.

Essential Duties:
You will be responsible for project success and participating in consulting project activities including software requirements, design, development, testing, client training and deployment.

Successful candidates will have:
  • IBM InfoSphere MDM
  • Technical background (ideally having Java Development experience is a plus)
  • Some exposure to SQL
  • Knowledge of SAP MDM tools is a plus
  • A technical aptitude is a good to have
  • Data Quality experience is good to have

Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals from various countries and vastly different cultures
  • Ability to independently analyze and solve complex technical problems involving data load issues, system response time, business rules conflicts, prevent issue reoccurrence
  • Ability to provide recommendations to adjust systems or processes to Ability to translate high-level design into specific implementation steps, while still understanding the wider impact of each change
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize task and work effectively with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain and assist in the design and deployment of MDM systems at other global sites including ability to travel +/- 15%
  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours in support of IT operations
