Roles & Responsibilities:
- Part of technology support team that provides Level 1 support for US based High frequency trading.
- Backup support for EU & Asia platforms.
- Handle software upgrades and releases.
- Liaison with brokers, service providers, other company technology groups, operations and traders.

Job Requirements:
- Hand on experience with supporting low latency / high throughput / high availability / distributed trading platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Specific Technical Skills
- Scripting (Perl, Python, Shell, etc)
- Database / SQL
- Understanding of Market Data (Reuters, Wombat, Direct feeds)
- FIX protocol. US Exchange native protocols
- Linux, Unix, MS Windows system administration and networking
