Systems Administrator / QC

The Quality Center Administrator should provide administrative, consulting, and technical support to IT and business staff in the configuration and use of QC for requirements, tests and defect management. Support encompasses the project lifecycle as well as maintenance of production systems.
Experience : At Least 1 Year

Specifications:-
Administer QC to maintain and add new projects, fields, workflows, etc. as needed
Maintain user accounts and authentication. Ensure users have the right roles/permissions to accomplish their goals
Develop and provide user training for QC navigation and applications (Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab, Defects)
Consult with IT and business staff to troubleshoot and resolve all QC issues.
Support multiple on-going projects. Develop dashboards, reports, views required for project status report
Work with key stakeholders to continually improve the processes supported by QC
Work with the Audit team to define and implement solutions that ensure regulatory compliance
Assess need for QC upgrades; specify, execute and verify upgrade procedures. Plan and perform upgrades as appropriate
Create QC dashboards and reports. Work with the PMO team to produce advanced metrics and reporting capabilities

Skills:-
Hands on knowledge of ALM and Administration
Good knowledge in database like T-SQL
Knowledge of Server Operating system like Windows
Knowledge of VB scripting, OTA & API
Above average Excel Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have:-
Knowledge of QTP and other HP tools like Load Runner
Knowledge of Testing Methodologies
Excellent Troubleshooting skills
Integration and Administer QTP, Load Runner and other HP testing products as needed
