Job Description;

The Software System Administrator will be part of a team responsible for supporting workstations running Windows 7 & Windows 10 operating systems, other applications and related technology in a 24x7 operating and fast paced environment.  The Software System Administrator will also provide applications support to include assisting the Business Systems Administrator with documentation of new and existing applications, and evaluating new solutions and help in creating testing, implementation, and support documentation.

  • Must have excellent oral & written communication skills
  • 1st & 2nd level support for licensed software issues
  • Assist Applications System Administrator with basic functions
  • Working knowledge of Java, and Engineering Applications such as CAD
  • Resolve Tickets within the SLA requirements
