Job Description:
This is a senior application support specialist position that provides both customer and technical support for the AASHTO Project (previously Trns*port) suite of products.  These products include CES, CAS, Web Preconstruction, Civil Rights Labor Management System and Site Manager.  The successful candidate will have substantial experience in providing both front end customer support and back end support for third party products.  Experience with back end technical support in this position is required and should include the following:
  
1. Demonstrable experience with implementation, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of third party software. 
2.  Demonstrable experience writing SQL script, PL SQL, and performing data analysis. 
3.  Demonstrable experience debugging application issues and providing fixes.
 
Only candidates with the above experience will be considered for this position
 
The following are preferred, but not required skills:  Experience working with AASHTO Trns*port software, Power Builder, client-server applications, XML, HTML, Oracle databases.

The position will provide support on other applications as required.

Please make sure to always include the applicable proposal ID, contract ID, or requisition ID in the reference field when ordering.  It is also very important to double check that the name on the order being requested matches the candidate's name in the Covendis system.  Otherwise, the completed report will not be successfully uploaded to the candidates profile.
