Job Description:
All applicants must have experience in the following areas:
  • Run a complex project/programs from design and development to production.
  • Proven IT Program financial management skills including planning, business case development, SOW development, forecasting and management of large multi-year budgets
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills, partnered with an ability to collaborate and build effective interpersonal relationships
  • Expert knowledge and experience managing essential risk mitigation activities including identification, tracking, follow-up, escalation, and contingency planning on risks, issues. Must understand interdependencies and mitigate issues and risks across projects within the IT program.
  • Critical thinking skills that result in innovative problem solving and decision making.
  • Advanced in use of IT tools to effectively manage IT Program schedules and sub-projects interdependent milestones. Ability to analyze and strategically leverage Project data to ensure key risks and issues are identified and resolved.
  • Ability to tailor program management processes and interfaces across a global program to handle culture, language, time, and distance differences.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of project management or IT Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.
  • Program/Product Managers require scheduling and budgeting experience
  •

  • 5+ years of Program Management
License/Certifiation:
  • PMP (preferred)

Please make sure to always include the applicable proposal ID, contract ID, or requisition ID in the reference field when ordering.  It is also very important to double check that the name on the order being requested matches the candidate's name in the Covendis system.  Otherwise, the completed report will not be successfully uploaded to the candidates profile.
