Comments: Notes from the manager:

This request created for the last opening that wasn't filled on request 7142. Please do not submit any candidates that were submitted for 7142-1 Project Management-Advanced.
Feedback on rejected candidates for 7142:

In reviewing the resumes...:

1. The candidates had very short timeframes as Project Managers, and may be job hopping. Though companies have short assignments, the items in the job description did not match the timeframe of the position. For example, it is very difficult to fully implement a multi-million project in 3 months.
2. Candidate assignments were more aligned to the Project Coordinator role instead of a seasoned project manager
3. Key words were added to positions to meet the 5 year requirements

In interviewing:

4. When interviewing, candidates provided theory responses instead of responses based on real projects. Meaning, they provided textbook responses to the question
5. Candidates expressed that they were experts in using MS Project, but could not answer simple questions about the tool
6. One candidate expressed that he was a PM that also answered Customer Service calls, which was a red flag.
