Job Description:
Overview of Need:

Software Developer/Architect
Architect and develop new functionality and enhancements for the licensing system DevOps.
This project is to enhance the Client hotline licensing system to provide online license applications as well as online management and visibility of current licensees, license status, approvals variances, complaints, inspections, and sanctions. 
These enhancements will include a portal for licensed providers to manage documents that are submitted, to review status of ongoing applications, existing licenses, etc. providers and the Office of Licensing. 
The Office of Licensing will be able to better manage providers and their various sites as a unified organization rather than a separate locations. 
This enhanced system will also provide a more complete website that publishes information about licensed providers (including sanctions and complaints, status of licenses, records or periodic inspections, etc.) so that the public can more easily find such information. 
These enhancements also include integration with SAFE in order to end the current practice of double-entry of data into both the licensing and SAFE. 
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Expert with Windows, Linux, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, Enterprise Service Bus, Apache, Tomcat, SOA, Oracle 11g, Agile/Scrum, Unit Testing and integration Testing. 

JAVA: 7+ 
SQL: 7+
