Graphic Design Artist - Designs electronic artwork for print production, print to mail, large format printing, web pages and web updates. Programs Variable data printing based on customer rules using planet press software.
40% assigned to establish and grow the print to mail business with the newly combined state printing and mail functions.  Possess knowledge and practical experience of print to mail processes and has practical experience in form design.  Relevant experience would include software such as: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, bar coding software.   Most relevant experience would be working with Planet Press.  Familiar with variable data printing, static form and date files populating fields.

20% consult with customers to determine requirements and needs. 

35% creating art work designed to stimulate one into desired action.  Produces pamphlets, booklets, reports, graphs, charts, posters, etc.

5% designs from conception of ideas to the material needed to visually represent an agency program.

Description
 
Question 1
The Contractor must report any disciplinary action, misdemeanor or felony convictions to the State for any temporary IT staff provided. Do you agree to this requirement?
