Microsoft .Net Developer for work on Storm Water Management System

Graduate from an accredited college with a degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and/or progressive IT application development experience.  5 plus years' experience working with Microsoft technologies including ASP.Net, C#, MS SQL, MVC Framework, Web Forms, WCF, Unit Testing, and SOA concepts.  Experience working within all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).  Ability to design, develop, and estimate work requirements.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Experience utilizing TFS for source control and work item tracking preferred.  Mobile development experience including Responsive web design a plus.
