The State Health Alliance and Records Exchange (SHARE) Account Manager will proactively assess and clarify customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Candidates should be direct to submitting vendor. No subs.
Local candidates preferred, but not required.
25% - 35% Travel
Candidates must have their own transportation with up-to-date insurance.  Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
State vehicles will sometimes be available.


The applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Qualified candidates must show previous large client customer care experience.  The candidate must be able to identify needs, define deliverables and provide appropriate customer support.  The right candidates must have project management skills and be superior users with  Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).  The applicant must be experienced with hardware, software technology and its uses, problem solving and decision making experience and must be self- motivated.
