Resource will perform data collection, analysis, and dashboard creation using Excel 2012.

The PTC has developed a Commission Wide Strategic Plan containing specific goals, objectives, measures and tactical initiatives. In addition, each department within the PTC has developed a Business Plan to complement the Commission Wide Strategic Plan. An important part of the strategy for implementing the plans is the monitoring and reporting on progress of the plans and associated performance metrics. The plans were all developed in Microsoft Excel workbooks. The PTC has created a Strategic Planning Monitoring Team that has been tasked with the monitoring and reporting initiative and they are looking for assistance in developing a methodology for monitoring and creating Excel-based dashboards for the reporting.

The PTC anticipates this initiative will take approximately 3 months to complete. Work must be performed in close coordination with the team so the resource must perform all work related activities on-site at the PTC's Central Administration Building in Highspire, PA.
