RESPONSIBIILITIES

Administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems and other mobile infrastructure systems. (BES5, BESIO, Airwatch,)
Serves as the key technical contact between Infrastructure Systems Management and the Messaging Mobility team for MDM .'
Maintenance and communication of existing, new, and evolving mobility practices. Knowledge base articles And documentation
Operational support for general rollout of MOM management system
Distribution of enterprise applications for various device platforms
Ensures mobile implementations are in line with privacy, legal, security policies. and corporate standards
Testing and evaluation of various new mobile devices against enterprise email and MDM systems
Microsoft Exchange & Active Directory administration and support .
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Plans and coordinates maintenance and upgrades ofMDM and other mobile infrastructure systems
Resolves escalations from the IT Service Desk and other IT support teams
Keeps abreast of mobile and messaging technologies and enhancements
Implementing MDM security baselines

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Management
Information Systems (Required)

CERTIFICATIONS
Blackberry Certified Server Support Specialist or Blackberry Certified System Administrator (preferred)
ITIL Certification (preferred)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITILES.
10+ years of progressive experience working in a medium to large IT environment
10+ years' experience with technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with iOS. Android, Windows. And Blackberry mobile devices in an enterprise setting. .
10+ years of experience with a MDM tools,
5+ years of experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server 5 and 10
3+ years of experience with Airwatch
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Exchange ActiveSync, and Active Directory management
Project management experience
Positive attitude. Team work orientation
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Exceptional writing skills, including documenting solution architectures; support information
