This position is needed to ensure the daily installation and support of PC's in HQ and Shop Rd. The job duties for this position are as follows: Assist with installation software maintenance and daily operation of SCDOT's Microsoft Windows PC's. To provide assistance to user clients on new and existing PC's, with installation and technical assistance. Monitor the helpdesk application for the Systems staff. Resolve trouble tickets or forward tickets to proper systems personnel. Ensure that all trouble tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
