Project Manager will provide support for a modernization of a web based front end application and database record sharing system.

This platform enables various statewide entities to share data horizontally and vertically.

The PM will:
* establish a framework with a feedback loop to support business process re-engineering
* develop an RFI as a means to an RFP
* develop a detailed comprehensive analysis & description of existing processes
* manage project activities requiring coordination with administrators and developers in various State agencies

The PM will be responsible to the NJ State CIO and the client PM.
