Adminstrative Assistant, I (Non-Payrolled)

Location: Dubuque, Iowa
Position Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to assigned event managers for BEC & SEM
• Maintain communication with product teams as necessary for this project
• Take directives from event team for tasks
- Hours: 30-40 hours per week, M-F during business hours
Location: Prefer someone in the Dubuque office for SEM, offsite or Burr Ridge office for BEC, but if candidate is remote and qualified, we will consider full remote work.

Position Qualifications:
• Ability to manage multiple projects with short turnaround times and capable of shifting priorities
* Prior knowledge of product teams and MHHE courses within SFDC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Smartsheet, P2P, Ariba, Adobe and Cvent a definite plus!
• Willingness to work in a team environment
