Job Responsibilities
-Strengthen existing relationships and create new relationships with MSP/VMS Staff.
-Foster and develop long-term relationships.
-Maintain constant communication with the client base, monitoring their satisfaction and loyalty levels, and uncovering new opportunities.
-Document the details of customer interactions, including writing detailed trip reports and using ATS to log emails and enter notes from phone calls.
-Continuously innovate to improve XDuce's processes for client relationship management.
-Assist in the development of client success profiles and case studies.
-Maintain an appropriate incremental opportunity pipeline to achieve sales goals and contribute new ideas for achieving and exceeding targets.
-Responsible for managing and penetrating existing client account and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.
-P&L Management
-Ensure continuous client satisfaction
-Monitors and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures.
-Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed.

Job Requirements
-Must have worked with Large B$ clients, closing minimum of 100+ positions on the key account
-8-10 yrs of experience in "US Recruitment " in either IT or Engineering field
-Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts
-Must have experience on placing all levels of technical candidates.
-Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
-Must have good negotiation & closing skills.

-The ideal candidate will offer the following qualification:
-3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager / Recruiting Manager
-Prior experience in the enterprise staffing industry.
-Stable work history, with clear progression of responsibilities.
-Results and goal oriented.
-Hands on recruiting skills is mandatory.
-Self-motivated; consistently demonstrates the drive to exceed expectations.
