Position Overview
To lead, support and provide techno managerial expertise to the project team. Ensure prioritisation of operational stability and service availability. Assist to define, break down project scope and to manage the project tradeoffs. Collaborate with key technology partners to drive forward improvements in Project. Provide input for project plans and assist in estimates. Support the decision making process regarding the use of operational contingency procedures. Perform project resource planning and skills readiness planning in co ordination with Project Lead (PL).

Monitor and evaluate progress of projects and defects. Provide periodic status reports to the PL/PM. Ensure timesheets entry and completion of invoicing process on or before the deadline.

Prepare and review technical documents.

Adhere to change management process for managing change requests. Influence customer perception positively.

Provide necessary support and guidance to the team to ensure optimal performance. Assess the performance of the associates, facilitate competency building and growth. Lead and drive the team for better performance. Provide inputs to PL on potential risks and mitigation.

Active participation in Organization and unit level initiatives like recruitment activities, knowledge sharing, seminars, white papers, IP development.
