Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Dallas, TX.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Organizing weekly Tracking Report & calendar for Monday meetings
  • Management of entire Team calendar and events via Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
  • Downloading, ordering and organizing client plans
  • Manage all invitations/notifications and maintain subcontractor database within program.
  • Upload all photos from site visits
  • Maintain/create all Adobe InDesign documentation for Marketing
  • Prepare all bid day documents required for each project
  • Ordering office supplies for the company
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1+ Year Corporate experience working in an office environment as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong communication skills along with good interpersonal skills to work with all levels from internal teams to vendors and subcontractors.
  • Prior experience in a role which requires attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following programs:
    • Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel
    • Adobe Software including Adobe PDF and Adobe InDesign
