Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • The first role will be a dedicated, full-time resource who will be required to develop hundreds of reports for the 21 functional areas within the business to complete delivery of our FileNet Xchange electronic record disposition project.
  • The second role will be a dedicated, full-time resource required to initiate, run, and maintain our G and U drive cleanup and migration projects.
  • Both resources will be required to increase our capacity to support the Company on a global basis identifying, indexing, and bulk loading millions of electronic records into FileNet Xchange as they are identified within our G and U drive cleanup and migration projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or MIS
  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in contemporary business technologies, combined with relative business experience.
  • Skills and experience with enterprise content and records management a plus (systems like FileNet and Documentum).
  • Skills and experience with using and delivering SharePoint solutions to business customers
  • Ability to work directly with business departments to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Ability to help guide business customers on how to best meet their needs and requirements with available tools and technology.
  • Experience developing functional specification and requirements documents.
  • Ensures execution and delivery fully aligns with functional imperatives.
  • Escalates IT delivery and support issues when needed.
  • Collaborates with functional leaders to review current project activities, prioritization of work, communicate status, and escalate business-related issues.
  • Seeks ways to apply business technology to business processes, researching and providing information on technical trends and practices.
  • Is active in the process of translating into appropriately managed IT projects.
  • Supports collaboration across departments and takes actions that are in the company's best interest and not an individual business unit.
  • Allies with other IT domain areas to remain apprised of project status and inform business management of progress, conversely, keep IT management aware of business community issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Responsible for enhancing communication and improving customer service between IT and the business. Keeps the business area informed of upcoming IT changes and new directions.
