Client Relationship Coordinator - Technical

Client Relationship Coordinator will be building relationships with IT customers via phone and emailand coordinating them with IT engineers to solve their technical issues. 

Outstanding PROFESSIONAL customer skills, both written and verbal, are required!  Putting the customer first, following up with them to make sure they have resolution and using a ticketing system are the skills you should excel in!  Must have good technology skills, including MS Outlook, a  customer database system, and ability to pick up new technology.

Hours:  Monday through Friday, 8-5!

Required skills include: Associates or Bachelors degree / 2+ years of customer service in a corporation. Technology aptitude a must, including experience working in PC Support and Databases.
