Ensure overall digital product health & quality to enable a best in class digital experience:
  • Maintain and improve digital operations by monitoring site performance; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits and analyses
  • Find process gaps, collect data, propose solutions and work with product managers, engineers, business teams to improve the digital product
  • Own, operate, and optimize tools & processes supporting digital health and quality
  • Facilitate production issue root cause analysis and proactively communicates status, resolution, and prevention to partners and stakeholders
  • Identify requirements by analyzing operations and issue root cause analysis
  • Sustain health and quality by establishing and governing standards
  • Create, measure, analyze, and present reports to leadership
  • Monitor page load performance. Lead and drive projects to reduce page load time.
  • Work closely with product managers to support product roadmap feature deployment and ongoing operation

This product team is searching for a Sr. Analyst, Digital Business Operations, Site Health & Quality contractor with proven success in operating digital (web and mobile) products & services. This Sr. Analyst is responsible for ensuring overall digital product health & quality leveraging operational tools and analytics. This role will facilitate continual communication and collaboration among internal core teams to ensure all lines of business are operating smoothly. Working closely with the Sr. Product Manager and other key stakeholders, the Sr. Analyst will have the opportunity to influence the product development roadmap and also operationally support product development launches.
