The role will be part requirements gathering, part UAT coordination, part business partner communication, part executive reporting, and more. This person will help to establish Use Cases to drive software engineering activities, will establish test scenarios for these uses cases, and will manage the proper testing of the engineering efforts that result from them, as well as manage triage and project managing the resolution of any resulting defects reported. Further, this person will take an active role in producing metrics about the progress, state and temperature of these activities.
Skills
• Experience leading enterprise level testing efforts, from a product/business valuation perspective
• Experience producing and maintaining periodic Business Validation activity plans
• Comfort with Value Assurance and Business Validation on the whole
• Experience driving defect management and triage processes, CR processes, Impact & Risk Management
• Experience producing metrics and reports on functional delivery streams, QP, Risks, Issues, Defect Impacts
• Experience working with Software Engineering and other technical driven partner ( "technically sound ")
• Experience working with Rally for Agile Project Management, or similar
• Experience working with Jira for request/defect triage, or similar
Additional Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with AmDocs a near must
Project Description:
In this role, the analyst/engineer will work as a liaison between multiple engineering parties as as business partners and stakeholders to maximize Value Assurance of an enterprise AmDocs-driven rollout.
