Required Skills Set:

Quality Process & Controls
•Drive innovation in quality model, process & control improvements
•Ensure adherence to Quality gates and controls for all phases of development
•Ensure release readiness for all changes scheduled for production
•Assist in the definition, implementation, maintenance and education of Test Methodology for the
Quality Assurance organization
•Support internal processes for continuous improvement
•Support all audit or conformance testing related to quality process & controls
Test Account Management
•Manage test bed of production and non-production accounts adhering to all best practices and
standards
Quality Metrics & Reporting:
•Quality Assurance key metrics that measure release quality, methodology adherence, and
productivity
•Key management reports and scorecards that summarize quality trends and identify
improvements that will increase the quality of service provided by the organization
Knowledge Management
•Documentation & communication of Quality Engineering model, process, procedures, controls,
systems and related information
•Manage on-boarding of new hires to ensure they are properly trained for their role
•Ensure Quality Engineering staff remains properly informed and trained through updated
communications and education
Relevant Records Management
•Manage relevant records for Quality Engineering to ensure that they are identified, maintained
and purged according to policy
Asset Management for Testing Tools
•Manage internal usage and vendor engagements for test tools to ensure proper license
renewals and support
Risk and Control Objective
•Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory
requirements, •Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Policies
and Policy Standards.
Additional Preferred Skills:
•Experience with Application Lifecycle Management using tools such as Client ALM
•Experience working in an agile development environment, preferably Scrum
•Experience creating and managing metrics, reports and key performance indicators
•Good Excel knowledge and able to create and work complex spreadsheets and pivot tables
•Good SQL knowledge and able to create and work with databases
•Knowledge of testing strategies and methodologies including Behavior Driven Development,
Test Driven Development
•Domain background of Banking / Credit Card industry
•Experience with TSYS
•Excellent problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication and documentation skills
•Solid project management skills, including ability to coordinate, negotiate, schedule and
communicate with all levels of staff
•Excellent team player with ability to work with multiple stake holders
•Excellent leadership skills; ability to drive quality initiatives
•Excellent ability to deliver under pressure
Knowledge of test automation using tools like SOAPUI Pro, Selenium, Ranorex, SeeTest. QTP
Knowledge of continuous integration and tools such as -Jenkins/Hudson/Nolio/SONAR/Fisheye/Crucible
Project Description:
As part of Quality Engineering Innovation & Governance group, this role will drive innovation in quality engineering, maintain governance around QE and technology data, develop and publish key metrics and reports, and develop solutions for the advancement of Quality Engineering practices, controls & processes.
