Required Skills Set:
Years of Experience:  5+ years of combined experience in business analysis and application support
Education Required: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
Specific Responsibilities:
• User account administration
• Work with users to understand system problem. Work with vendors to investigate, diagnose, fix
and report root cause of the problem
• Create test cases, test scripts and perform user acceptance testing
• Document system and configuration changes
• Assist in the creation and generation of reports
• Work with business units to gather and document new requirements. Work with vendors to verify
that the technical specification matches the business requirements
• Document AS-IS and changes to business processes
• Familiarity with cloud-based financial, legal, HR, marketing and content management system
• Prior experience working in public life science company
• Expert-level skills in Visio, MS PowerPoint and Excel • Superior analytical skills with exemplary
​• Experience in system administration
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• High attention to detail
• Ability to organize data in a meaningful, useable manner • Understanding of change and release management
Project Description:
client is a biopharmaceutical company developing proprietary product candidates and advancing a therapeutic approach for the treatment of food allergies. As a valued member of the Information Technology team, the Application Support Analyst will provide application maintenance and support to G&A business units.
Physical Environment and Working Conditions:
The company is located in Brisbane, California, in the biotechnology hub south of San Francisco. Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week.
