3 Years of Experience Required- No Entry Level Candidates
CMM Programming Experience is a MUST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•           Provide liaison support between the Quality Assurance Dept. and all other functional areas within the                      organization.
•           Assist others with compliance and regulatory specifications interpretation, calibration, materials review                    and work instructions.
•           Work with Cost Engineering to develop simple and effective methods for manufacturing product
•           Attend all advance quality planning meetings
•           Provide input and analysis on all new jobs to determine whether they are a good fit for the company
•           Recommend manufacturing methods for jobs.
•           Work with operators on specific jobs, dimensions, GDT
•           Conduct capability studies on machines and parts
•           Write and maintain CMM programs for use by inspectors and operators
•           Train inspectors and operators in the proper use and programming of CMM
•           Assist in off line programming
•           Assist in inspection as needed
•           Proactively support the implementation of quality management system improvements
•           Monitor all manufacturing processes through audits and evaluations to ensure that processes are being                      followed
•           Initiate quality/process improvement objectives throughout our manufacturing processes. 
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
•           3 years in Quality and/or Manufacturing environment
•           Ability to take initiative, start and complete task, self-train.
•           Ability to conduct root cause analysis, summarize data and make recommendations
•           Understands and applies continuous improvement principles
•           Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with                      internal and external customers
•           Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
•           Associate degree or above preferred
