JOB DESCRIPTION:
These positions will require significant amount of travel, make sure candidates are aware of this.
  • Experience with web based, system based and face to face training
  • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
  • Consulting experience will be helpful
  • 100% travel (Wyoming, North Dakota and PA locations)

JOB SUMMARY
  • Responsible for providing support to technical professionals with regard to a variety of administrative, systems, and business operations problems, and participation in related system development projects of the most complex nature.
  • Requires a seasoned expert on the integration of multiple systems or large-scale development projects.
  • Responsibilities may include: determining and defining system specifications, process improvement, quality assurance, interaction with customers and technical staff, strong emphasis on problem resolution, and project-lead activities.
  • This job leverages combined people, process, and technology competencies to support large-scale, complex customer engagements; collaborates with Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams to configure solutions and deliver value to customers; acts as subject matter expert and trusted advisor in both practice and customer spaces; and works closely with engagement and practice leadership team to define strategic and tactical direction. The incumbent delivers value to customers through client-facing advisory and delivery services in support of HM Health Solutions product offerings. Accountabilities include, but are not limited to, supporting deliverable content, providing analysis, and building and sharing institutional knowledge.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute to the delivery and execution of complex, large scale, multi-year (high cost, high complexity and/or high risk) client enterprise transformation programs by: gathering required data through direct observation and/or inquiry and synthesizing data into meaningful observation; analyzing, identifying and problem solving from information sets (issues could be business or systems issues) drawing conclusions from information sets based on analysis, creating hypotheses and presenting recommendations to team; developing client specific requirements, standard operating procedures, functional roles & responsibilities, process flow and user guides.
  • Support content development for deliverable artifacts to deliver client value and meet contractual obligations, and that align to delivery timelines and budgets.

EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or relevant field
Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or relevant field
Preferred
  • 1 year in Consulting and/or Industry experience
  • 1 year in Technology Platform Delivery
  • Experience engaging, influencing, and advising senior executive leaders
  • Experience working in complex matrixed environments

This position has duties of instructing, directing, and checking the work of Compliance Analysts. These duties include, but are not limited to, delegation of assignments; guidance and training; coaching/mentoring; identifying, monitoring and documenting employee performance; conducting the interview/hiring process; and generally facilitating the attainment of department goals. The position oversees the audits by internal and/or external entities within the division; oversees the coordination of business owners' documentation and cycle updates to ensure documentation is current; helps drive the timely reporting and remediation of deficiencies found during audits with emphasis on driving consistency and efficiency; supervises corrective action plan verification and closure process; and assists in developing compliance strategies and structures undefined compliance issues for resolution. This incumbent is expected to inspire, encourage, motivate and lead employees through coaching, to reach their fullest potential and to achieve the established goals.
The position frequently requires the employee to communicate well with others both inside and outside the workplace (e.g., in person, via telephone, via email). The employee must be able to understand, interpret and analyze data, solve problems, concentrate, and research, use available technological resources and systems (e.g., computer programs), multi-task, prioritize, and meet multiple deadlines to complete essential tasks. The employee generally works in a fast-paced and frequently stressful environment, must attend work on a regular and reliable basis as well as adhere to all workplace policies, and may be called upon to work outside regular business hours.
This position delivers highly complex training courses and workshops in support of workforce development, technology and/or proprietary business systems, updates or create course materials to reflect changes in processes or systems and manages the classroom effectively to ensure learning.
1. This position displays excellent verbal and written communication skills while performing the following functions:
  • Training new hire classes (could be as long as 6-12 weeks in duration)
  • Delivering training on variety of topics (business processes, systems, orientation, boot camps) to all levels of staff
  • Conducting workshops
  • Providing feedback to learners on progress in class
  • Providing regular feedback/status reports to participant's management
  • Mentoring and coaching to bridge performance gaps (a new hire on application of the processes)
  • Deliver train the trainer sessions and coach less experienced trainers
2. Deliver training
  • Prepares for and delivers training to target audience from an existing lesson plan. Uses adult learning techniques, training tools and terminology appropriate to the learner and topic. Adapts presentation style to meet the learner needs. Practices good classroom management techniques to handle a variety of classroom situations. Anticipates addresses and fields questions. Provides both positive and constructive feedback to learners.
  • Presents training content via classroom, virtual or webinar
  • Modify/update existing training materials
  • Responsible for ensuring all training materials are updated on a timely basis and scrubbed of PHI. Ensure that course is presented using the most current, up-to-date format and content.
  • Understand the basic component of developing a training solution. Use sound adult learning techniques and approved templates. Materials include, but are not limited to, manuals, job aids, visual aids, wall charts and Powerpoint presentations.
3. Supports or Leads Training Related projects
  • Creating training assessment surveys
  • Trending evaluation results
  • Gathering and summarizing subject matter research
  • Creating reports and status
  • Contribute to SOWs and contracts
  • Act as SME in helping to design learning interventions
