Critical resources to aid in enabling the Quick Start PMO to provide the following services: integrated planning, schedule adherence, audit of work and resource plans, managing and maintaining earn/burn reporting and performance, Change Controls, and managing escalated RAID items. These are PMO resources to help operational Quick Start Client On-boarding program. These resources are fully funded by Quick Start.

Persons at this level undertake information technology work, which involves a high level of management skill or a high level of specialist activities under broad direction.
 
Persons at this level may co-ordinate the overall development and maintenance of computer systems and computing services exercising a high degree of independence in the formulation of plans, objectives, resource requirements, budgets and policies.
 
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree- Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or relevant field
Substitutions (Acceptable substitutions in lieu of a degree 1 ? years? experience = 1 year college)

EXPERIENCE

5+ years' consulting and/or industry experience

3+ years' healthcare/insurance industry experience
3+ years' technology platform delivery experience
3+ years' program / project management experience
Experience engaging, influencing, and advising senior executive leaders
Experience working in complex matrixed environments
