JOB SUMMARY:
Administer all systems that create and vault engineering and corporate data. Manage and direct the interaction between engineering, operations, sales and other corporate organizations to ensure process results in error free front-end loading and change management. Implement and maintain the engineering policy change process. Engineering focal point for all CAD related questions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategic oversight / guidance and tactical direction for worldwide organization involved in technical data creation and management
  • Regular multi-level organization reporting related to organization operations
  • Insure that support team is properly trained and efficient in all operational functions
  • Insure data availability and controls are in place for worldwide operations
  • Agile and CAD Admin
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of Engineering change control and ISO standards requirements
  • Worldwide technical engineering operations support including familiarity with trade control
  • Experience with PLM, PDM, CAD. (Agile, SolidWorks, ProE)
  • Factory automation, database experience and data analytics a plus
  • Computer skills, MS Office
Educational/Certification Requirement:
  • Bachelor degree in Math, Physics or an Engineering Discipline is required
Experience Requirement: Work Experience:
  • 10+ years' experience working in International Engineering Environment
  • 5+ years PLM System Admin
  • 3+ years working with Agile
Management Experience (for people manager job only):
  • 8+ year's leadership experience and managing teams that support the factory operations and suppliers.
  • Manage organization alignment, project proposals, performance reporting
