QA Specialist
10 years of experience in QA, Software Development, Auditing, ISO 9001, IV&V with at least 5 years working with Agile to support clients with Agile transition, Change Management, Risk Management and CM.

5 years' experience as QA Specialist within Federal Application modernization with an agile/hybrid development environment
Agile Development and Software Engineering lifecycle
Associates Degree or higher and/or 5-15 years of experience.
Knowledge of Client SELC and IV&V strategies coupling Client/OCFO standards and processes with industry best practices and standards.
JIRA Agile tool along with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office suite.
Working knowledge of Client Financial Management systems
Current Client Security Clearance (Full Background Investigation).
Knowledge of IEEE 1012 for IV&V, CM Standards, ISO 9001, ITIL and Change Management
Relevant certifications in areas including: Agile, QA, Risk Management, Change Management, ISO 9001, etc.

Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments in areas of Quality Assurance, Risk Management, ISO 9001 and Product/Process Auditing;
Assists other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: Risk Management, software life-cycle management; software development methodologies; QA; defects tracking; requirements management, and configuration management;
Develops Project Plans/schedules related to QA activities for the JPMO including attending meetings, presenting reports and findings, addressing corrective actions and making recommendations;
Provide a weekly status report to the Program Manager as directed;
Provide monthly progress report details to the Program Manager and participates in status meetings with the team as required;
Will oversee the work of other team members and provide coaching, guidance, training, scheduling and conflict resolution as needed.
