GIS Innovation Engineer
TS/SCI Security Clearance Required
3-7 years of experience in GIS technology

Agile, outward facing, innovative, high-energy, entrepreneurial, highly communicative
Problem solver able to provide insight and support platform adoption, with focus on rapid, mission-focused success
Fully versed in the Esri ArcGIS Platform use, patterns, and able to apply software platform concepts to real user problems, and identify areas for greater platform adoption
Capable of providing real world mission support, such as: daily mission support on the operations floor, support of existing workflow improvements, application development, and Portal management.
Strong communication skills with both technical/non-technical customers
Subject matter or domain experience in an area of client demand (Defense, Client, Fed Civ/Science)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in geography, GIS, CS or related field

The distinguishing features of an EIE engagement are the emphasis on developing and implementing strategy and a focus on broad operations across an organization to provide a holistic approach to software adoption.
Utilizing Client approaches, ideas, and proven best practices tailored to specific mission and business requirements, the EIE is expected to promote success throughout an organization by exploiting the interrelatedness of each department's business processes and delivering mission-oriented innovation.
