MUST:
Oracle SOA Developer
3+ recent years of hands-on development experience with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle SOA required
Experience with J2EE and its use in web applications required
Experience performing modeling, simulation, and analysis require
Knowledge with portal frameworks, weblogic application servers required
Experience using SOAP, WSDL, XSDs and REST to develop Web Services required
Knowledge of applications and systems development lifecycle principles, practices, and procedures
Understanding of design patterns
Active Secret Clearance or Interim required

DUTIES
The Oracle SOA Developer will build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs.
Build and execute unit test and unit test plans, and review integration and regression test plans created by QA.

Serve as a member of a technical staff supporting Oracle Fusion Web Application design and development.
Contribute to architecture, design, and development of applications built with the Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, J2EE and web applications
Perform systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
Participate in large system and subsystem planning
Design and code software components, units, and modules in accordance with project specifications.
Support testing and debugging of components and units
Contribute to technical documentation development
