Data Analyst
1+ years' experience as a Data Analyst
Experience Supervising, performing and/or supporting data entry using reports, written materials or special data sheets
Experience entering applicable information into a data processing system (on-line workstations, Remote Job Entry (RJE), keyboard device or time-sharing terminals)
Experience assisting in gathering and preparing statistical data
High School Diploma
Active Secret Clearance

Conduct security reviews on employees (to include but not limited to) Direct Hires, General Service Schedule,
U.S. Personal Service Contractors and other DEA contract employees
Conduct FBI, JPAS, credit and law enforcement checks as appropriate on each assigned employee
Receive Visitor Authorization Letters (VAL) requests from federal agencies & verify for proper authorization
Research JPAS Database and CVS Database for proper level of security level and date of investigations
Liaison with DEA security officers via email of approvals and disapprovals of VAL's for division's access
Track all processed VAL's into Security database
Provide status checks throughout all divisions
Review security personnel files for accuracy n scanning
Responsible for the maintenance & tracking of the agency Personnel Security files
Ensure the accuracy of security database content, using the best records management practices & procedures
Exercise quality control accuracy of computer records and hard copy files
Provide files to office personnel and reshelf any hard copy files
Retrieve inactive hard copy files from the Washington National Record Center upon request
Provide file information to other Federal agencies as authorized
Maintain support logs and monitor status of reportable activities
Trained in fingerprint application
Search sources for data and compile an arrange data in standard format for project and reports
Track all incoming physical and electrical mail for Office of Security Programs

Provide customer service on behalf of the Personnel Security Programs
