MUST:
Project Control Analyst
5+ years' experience providing project accounting support for services contracts for Govt. customers
Project Setup ( PSF) knowledge base in in Deltek Costpoint experience is highly preferred
Strong Pivot Tables experience (Vlookup/SUMIF Formulas) required
Strong Excel experience required
Must have unbilled analysis and strong Costpoint experience required (recent )
Recnt hands on strong proficiency with Deltek Costpoint Project Module required
Required expereince in project number structure,billing and revenue formula set up, funding setup,labor categories,

project workforce etc..
Required budgeting and financial analysis, developing project cost /schedule baselines/budgets
Required month end close review experience utilizing SharePoint
Track record of delivering well-organized and accurate work
Review and analyze contract, subcontracts, and agreements to ensure project meets financial and reporting requirements experience required
Proven ability to work well with accounting, contracts, and project personnel to accomplish tasks
Cognos experience preferred
Deltek Time and Expense required
Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project required
Experience using and configuring MS SharePoint team sites required
BS Degree in Accounting or Business related field preferred


DUTIES:
Provide project controls support for selected projects within the Organization
Assist Project Managers and operation leads in all duties related to financial and performance; planning, tracking, and reporting
Initiate, monitor and maintain proper project setup in Deltek Costpoint via completion and submission of a project up form (PSF)
Budgeting and financial analysis
Month End Close
Proactively monitor project time cards, ensure timecard errors are identified and corrections are processed in timely manner
Ensure accuracy of project-related expense reports and ensure timely processing
Earned value calculations and analysis for projects, if required
Project A/R and A/P:
Track contractual obligations and deliverables
Initiating Purchase Requisitions and goods receipts in Deltek Costpoint's Procurement module
Review and analyze contract, subcontracts, and agreements to ensure project meets financial and reporting requirements
