MUST:
Experienced Web Designer
7 years of relevant professional experience
5 years with responsive design in the use of similar application software
Familiarity with responsive design and Angular 4+ is preferred.
Design user interface templates and screen mockups using Photoshop CC, DreamWeaver, NotePad++, and Visual Studio .NET Framework.
Development and design of workflow screens using HTML / HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS3. Familiarity with responsive design and Angular 4+ is preferred. UI design experience is preferred.
Must be familiar with, and understand how to implement 508 Compliancy into client interfaces.
Possesses conceptual development skills along with the ability to create cutting-edge, interactive designs.
Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as having an attention to detail, aptitude to troubleshoot, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Studies or a discipline related to the work required from an accredited college or university.
Security+ CE is required (or will need to complete within 2 months of start date. )
Active Secret clearance is required

DUTIES:
Work with clients to update and maintain the agency's public facing website. Section 508 compliant web applications.
Work with clients to obtain and document project requirements for development of high level graphical user interfaces.
Ability to write JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML / HTML 5 to create front-end elements for client side data controls and data validation. Rapidly design user interface templates and screen mockups.
Review final user interfaces to assure proper implementation of guidelines and standards set forth in design documents.
