Healthcare Business Operations Manager

MUST:
The Director of Healthcare Operations will have experience:
BS or BA in Health Service Administration or Health Care specialty
5+ years health care experience, preferably in a physician office
candidate will be a self-starter and a team player with strong interpersonal skills
experienced in supervising work in a matrix organization
Some travel between different practice locations will be required
strong clinical operations experience with a thorough understanding of cross functional clinical processes
Experience with CPT coding billing, EMR and basic knowledge of payer fee schedules
Supporting Clinical Operations personnel with clinical program management, including site monitoring and management, and vendor management
Managing clinical monitoring activities
Organizing and managing internal team meetings, investigator meetings and other program specific meetings
Implementing, leading assessing clinical development program strategies
Developing and presenting operational plans to practice management
Identifying clinical program/resource gaps and devising and implementing solutions
Driving program and project risk analysis and developing solutions to a variety of complex problems
Developing and implementing clinical outsourcing strategies Overseeing the selection and management of product/service and vendors
Assisting in the development of Clinical Operations quality systems, including assessment documents, management, personnel training, and quality control processes with appropriate reporting and analytics

DUTIES:
The candidate will have responsibility for oversight and managing the operational aspects of clinical programs working closely with various internal team members and vendors, under the direction and guidance of the Senior Vice President for Clinical Operations.
The candidate will be assigned programs and/or practices to work with by the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations.
The candidate will ensure that clinical programs are conducted in a timely fashion and in a manner compliant with evidence-based practice, regulatory guidelines, CMS Standards, company goals, and budgets.
The candidate will work towards the achievement of the company's project goals and objectives.
The candidate may have line management responsibilities.
