Windows System Engineer
Towson, MD

MUST:

Extensive experience with the Kronos Application including archiving, mass scheduling modifications, configuration, and Employee Self Service
Experience with the document management and workflow system named MetaViewer Enterprise Application including integration with the CGI Advantage ERP Application Suite
Experience with CGI Advantage ERP Application Suite
Experience with Quest Auditor
Extensive background working in a large Windows enterprise environment
Understanding of basic networking concepts such as TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, firewalls and routing in a Windows environment
Knowledge working with Active Directory
Strong experience working in a VMWare environment
Experience creating and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Excellent customer service skills to provide end-user support, in person and via phone or app share, for Windows 8 and 10 and Internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, FireFox, and Chrome
Network and information security skills
Strong technical skills providing support for Windows Servers 2008, 2012, and 2016

DUTIES:
Monitoring and correcting performance issues
Operation System Patching
Managing user access including creating shares and applying for appropriate permissions
Working with virtual servers such as VMWare
Installing, configuring and maintaining IIS
Managing server backups
Ability to configure and troubleshoot networking connectivity such as TCP/IP settings, LDAP and firewalls
