Quadrant, Inc. is a provider of strategic Healthcare & Technology staffing services, supporting clients in the Washington, D.C. & Baltimore, MD regions. Quadrant is seeking results-driven, social media savvy, Account Manager for our Reston, VA location. Our Sales team is composed of Account Managers responsible for proactively identifying new clients while servicing and managing an existing base of customers.

Must:
Experienced Business Development/Sales professional
1-3 years of prior sales experience
Previous agency staffing experience nice to have
Experience working with weekly and monthly metrics/quotas
Relevant sales experience as it pertains to the medical or healthcare industry

Customer Service Experience
Previous CRM experience highly desired
Cold Calling experience required
Aggressive, high energy and financially motivated sales professional required
Ability to work in a fast pace, competitive environment
Possess strong communication computer skills
Ability to multi task and manage a large volume of customers
BA/BS degree (desirable)



Duties:
As an Account Manager you will participate in new business development, maintain and grow existing customer base, participate in weekly customer meetings and collaborate closely with recruiters to identify technology professionals for existing client staffing requirements. Responsibilities include:

Develop new customer base and technologies
Develop strategic marketing, e-mail and phone campaigns
Collaborate with recruiters and work to develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for ongoing recruitment of Healthcare professionals
Work with recruiters and customers in a fast paced - team oriented environment
Work independently and manage multiple hiring needs on a regular basis
Ability to utilize social and professional networks for building customer base
Manage, maintain and grow existing customer base
Manage, document and track client flow via customer tracking system
Develop and create innovative best practices as they pertain to new business development
Negotiate service agreements, fees, terms and offers with customers
Oversee onboarding process for prospective employees
Navigate entire client organization through consistent phone and email strategy in order to cultivate relationships and referrals with relevant departments and hierarchy of decision makers.
Leverage industry expertise by referencing local and national healthcare staffing trends to gain credibility and influence in order to identify more sales opportunities.
