MUST:
3+ years of administration for Windows Server operation systems including DISA STIG
Experience with Windows Server 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2 and 2016
Strong understanding of virtualization technology and platforms
Understanding of Microsoft management platforms including SCOM and SCCM
Understanding of networking concepts including VLAN, VRF, Firewalls, communication ports
A good understanding of server hardware / data center operations, including Client chassis, Nutanix converged systems, IBM Blade Center
Strong communication skills and able to work in teams as well as deal with clients directly
Bachelors Degree
Top Secret with SSBI or SCI eligibility

DUTIES:
Candidate will help build and sustain an expanding server and hardware environment with a focus on ensuring the stability and availability of server and application platforms
Provide hands-on server hardware support within multiple data centers, including hardware mounting, rack cabling and hardware decommission work
Provide hands-on server hardware support within multiple data centers
Work with security teams to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and to ensure security patch level compliance
Engage with Change Management teams to document and implement configurable items within the operating system
Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for escalation items
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Windows Server operating system performance issues
