AIX System Admin
4+ years of software engineering
Experience with: *nix command line, *nix development tools (e.g. VI, make utility), C
Experience with large multi-OS environment (AIX/Linux/*nix)
Good communication skills
Military experience or Bachelors' Degree
Active Top Secret clearance

Individual provided will be supporting integration and software technical support of operational system running IBM AIX, Linux and Oracle 12, supporting approximately 80 end-user workstations
Customize and integrate developed applications software into a distributed and highly available network
Integrate operating system specific applications program interfaces into mission applications
Handle system daily administration tasks, system upgrades, support for customer deliveries of application software, and any technical problems as they occur on a 24x7 basis
Provide services that also covers sustainability services
Participate in the design and integration planning for new additions and changes.
Develop and provide maintenance procedures for all activities required to sustain the Processing System for which you are responsible
Performing lifecycle engineering of applications applying traditional and object-oriented methodologies to all aspects of engineering, I.E. requirements development, preliminary design, critical design, development, Data Flow diagrams/Class/Sequences diagrams, peer reviews, unit and developmental testing/ integration, documentation, completion of all deliverables
