Cloud Automation Engineer
5+ years of experience with deployments in both on premise and cloud environments
5+ years of industry experience working with Cloud Automation at a large enterprise
5+ years of Experience with hardening and securing computing environments to confirm with the STIG Requirements and the DOD RMF Lifecycle (Formerly DIACAP)
3 years of strong knowledge of current cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
3 years of strong scripting abilities (Bash, Korn, PowerShell, Ruby, Python, etc...)
3 years of experience with Automation technologies covering automated deployment, configuration, testing, monitoring
2 years of Experience with DevOps services using infrastructure as a service providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, RackSpace/OpenStack, VSphere)
2 years of Agile experience

Private Cloud, CSP Certifications, Security+  
Bachelors degree Preferred
DOD Top Secret clearance


Assist in design and development of hybrid cloud environment (on-premise and public cloud) for hosting Impact Level 4 & 5 applications and data.
Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions including system orchestration, security configuration, and routine regression testing, in addition to designing and developing end-to-end Infrastructure DevOps solutions to support these efforts.
Define the migration and flow of applications and data between on-premise systems and cloud-hosted systems. Assist in mapping and development of hybrid cloud management and operations.
Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents, planning and analysis of work processes, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring the rigorous application of information security/Cybersecurity policies, principles,
Asked to partake in feasibility studies, trade-off analysis, business case preparation on potential future projects for management
