Experienced Instructional Design developer
3+ years' instructional Design
Instructional design experience, with two years in multimedia design - specifically focused in E-Learning

Experience writing scenario-based, narrative-driven, interactive, multimedia web-based courseware
Experience with E-Learning from start to finish is required
Knowledge of Section 508 and SCORM requirements is required
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects is required (ability to instruct)
Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience working with federal government clients
Experience with courseware rapid development tools (i.e., Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia)
Experience with various subject matters, including: security, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, safety, acquisition, training and development, banking and finance, leadership, logistics, human capital, etc.
Experience with distance learning tools, virtual classroom platforms, and learning management systems
Master's Degree in related field is strongly preferred (Minimum Bachelors Required)
DoD Secret clearance is strongly preferred (some un-cleared work is available but clearance is preferred)

Design and develop, or re-design, instructional content for web-based and/or instructor-led courseware
Design and develop instruction to match defined objectives and target audience
Master content from existing sources well enough to communicate it
Use design elements (text, graphics) to communicate logical sequence within a lesson
Implement the production phase of a product life cycle
Implement Section 508 and SCORM requirements for the project
Manage work to allocated effort and schedule
Develop rapport with clients
