Managerial experience required in a corporate/health office environment
3 - 4 years managing and effectively scheduling staff at all levels (supervisory, per diem staff, full-time, and part-time employees) is required
Professional experience managing a high-volume Healthcare office is required
Experience using major brand payroll software/payroll provider (ADP preferred)
Must be an experienced multi-tasker (while remaining level headed)
Must be able to react as situations arise on a day to day basis (hour to hour)
Must possess the knowledge and resources to do what it takes to staff for immediate need positions
Must be able to maintain command in a high stress, high volume environment
Must be able to develop and grow a team and staff an office(s)
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred (may be substituted for relevant experience)
Must be US clearable

Manage Office Staff as needed (will have to be available around the clock)
Manage all client Care Coordinators in office and in the field
Recruiting / Hiring – implements and executes active, ongoing recruitment strategies to attract the best field staff and branch office staff
Payroll, scheduling, billing – Supports and uses all technology tools and resources to ensure proper business processes
Accreditation compliance – enforces and maintains all Joint Commission accreditation standard of excellence and complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as employment laws and practices
