Lead Technical Recruiter
5+ years of proven technical recruiting experience supporting various federal, government, and military contracts

5+ years of full life cycle recruiting including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates
Proven history of working with end clients and heads of companies to identify roles, rates, and requirements
Familiarity and comfort recruiting in the cleared sector
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Able to wear multiple hats for the firm
Must have a Bachelor's degree

Serve as a trusted adviser by providing consultation and education to hiring managers and President
Serve in a lead capacity but as a confidant for the Heads of the company but as a primary contact for various heads of contracts
Develop and implement targeted sourcing initiatives that align with business plans and generate a pipeline of qualified candidates
Perform consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring that support a highly positive candidate experience
Partner with HR team in all areas pertaining to the attraction and retention of highly skilled employees
Ensure recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with OFCCP, EEOC and other Federal or State guidelines
Solve problems and produce solutions by offering suggestions, new ideas, or alternatives to improve or modify work processes; respond to urgent needs for information and analyses and request data or help from others as needed
Manage offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines
