MUST:
4+ years of SAN administration experience
Experience with Design, Architecture, and Planning Data Center Infrastructure
Experience with NetAPP storage devices
Experience with Administering and Managing Active Directory accounts and group policies
Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
Provide File Storage for Domain Users
Ability to manage Storage Requirements
Provide Logical Unit Number (LUN) Services
Ability to create Snap-Mirrors
Provide Backup Services for Network Resources
Ability to create Storage Groups
Ability to create Volumes in NetAPP environment
Ability to perform Zone Operations on SAN Brocade switches
Provide Integration Support for IT Mod Applications
Bachelors required
Security+ required
Secret clearance required

DUTIES:
Monitor and maintain a SAN infrastructure with primary availability during core support hours.
Provide on-call, on-site after-hours support
Administer, maintain and manage the Customer's production, development and disaster recovery SAN environments.
Perform installation, configuration, optimization and tuning of NetAPP brand storage devices and software.
Perform capacity planning and recommend storage environment improvements.
Monitor and report on daily SAN operational health and performance.
Lead storage provisioning and consolidation activities.
Develop and execute storage management methodologies designed to protect mission critical data.
Develop and maintain all SAN technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Lead the planning and implementation of all SAN upgrades, modifications and optimizations, while providing engineering-level expertise to government staff to present recommendations for enhancements and/or optimizations that improve SAN performance and availability,
Provide and coordinate SAN troubleshooting and repair services.
