3 years of relevant work experience
MCSA Desired
Experience using Microsoft Systems center suite (SCCM, SCOM, SCSM), systems or network experience required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to create reports and charts required

BA/BS Degree (May be able to substitute additional experience for the degree requirement)

DUTIES:
The Help Desk (Jr. Engineer) will have the following duties:
Quality Control and Trend Analysis on IT Help Desk Tickets
Wireless Audits (including usage, service activation, upgrades)
Market Research and Purchase Requisition Package support for CIO purchases (including hardware, software, warranties, and maintenance)
IT Asset Tracking (including hardware, software, warranties, and maintenance
Administrative support and tracking
Tier 1 technical support, including imaging laptops and desktops, creating IronKey accounts, creating RSA token accounts, creating user accounts
Tier 1 Help Desk support: answering user calls, creating tickets in SCSM, resolving Tier 1 troubles, referring tickets to Tier 2 and closing tickets
Must be able to work independently once projects/tasks are assigned
Responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties with the oversight of more senior positions.
