MUST:
Experienced Systems Administrator
Manage Domain/Active Directory: To include user accounts, groups, shares, permissions, VPN, DNS, group policies, IIS, domain controllers and member servers
VMware ESXi Server administration
Creating/Updating VM templates
Build new servers as needed
Manage resource allocation on ESXi host
ACAS Scans/IAVA Compliance/McAfee HBSS/WSUS Server
Approve and manage updates using Microsoft WSUS
Remediate findings of IA compliance scans
Ensure clients are updated and compliant in ePO
Respond to FRAGOs and OPORDs
Support for Development Environments
Configure services as required to meet the needs of the Development Team
Stand up new servers
Decommission/Phase out old, unneeded servers
Integrate with developers to test and troubleshoot software, hardware network, and performance issues
Coordinate with hosting providers to troubleshoot connectivity issues and also network configuration changes/updates
Build, maintain, and support all developer workstations.
Support Ops Center/Force Protection systems which are connected to the HQ App Dev DREN segment
Security+ required
Secret clearance required

DUTIES:
Manage application and database servers (17 total)
To include shares, permissions, IIS, Oracle Berkeley, Java, FileMaker, Tomcat, and resource management
Coordinate with DoD/Army Network team to configure external services such as Reverse Proxy, DNS, certificate requests, and ACAS scans.
Interface with Army/DoD Network team to resolve issues with connectivity, performance of servers managed
Configure services on various VMs to support customer products
Deploy, test, and troubleshoot products (usually in coordination with developers)
Manage product software upgrades/updates for compliance (Java, FileMaker, Oracle Berkeley, Tomcat)
Submit and track ticket requests to DoD/Army Network center for any type of issues that are to be handled.
